During the NBA on TNT’s halftime show for Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals with the Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Clippers, Shaquille O’Neal showed the world he was far removed from his playing days when he took an epic fall on the set.
While the crew on the set showed no mercy to Shaq’s clumsiness, the Internet seized the opportunity to dive in heavy on the Shaq memes throughout most of the twilight hours. Being the natural comedian and good sport that he is, The Big Aristotle started to retweet plenty of photoshopped jokes and even offered a cash money prize to the one he deemed the funniest.
“Whoever makes me the best meme of me bustin my ass (like this one) wins $500 cash. Go. #shaqtinafall,” he tweeted, alluding to a pic of him being DDT’ed by Randy Orton.
