Come December 14th, Remy Ma’s name will be at its most viral level since her release from prison in August 2014.
It is the air date of the new season of Love & Hip Hop: New York, which marks the fierce MC and her husband Papoose’s debut appearance on the popular VH1 reality show. While the music out of Remy Ma’s studio has dropped sporadically, expect the buzz LHHNY gives her to be the platform for a proper album release.
However the 30-something rapper from the Bronx isn’t naive to exactly what arena she’s entering and that means you have to stay camera ready for the social media animals. She has been steadying dropping pounds without sacrificing her trademarked curves.
“It’s two weeks since I started my @40dayreset weight loss plan & I’m down 12.8 pounds!!!,” she exclaimed on her Instagram. “No lie I dead be wanting a cheeseburger with some Popeye’s on the side but the way I see my body changing is so crazy that I wouldn’t dare!”
