A few days ago, G.O.O.D. Music’s golden child Travi$ Scott dropped a visual for a new, trap inspired track titled “Quintana,” that had anthemic qualities. We later learned that the video featured an unfinished version of the jam, which we receive in its entirety today.

With a new verse from MMG’s own Wale to round out the cut, listeners can now see a fully packaged explanation as to why Mr. West would sign the Houston native, who had the time had minimal buzz compared to other up and comers. It’s all about the upside people. Whether he’s penning lyrics, manning the boards on the production side, or directing his own music videos, Scott undoubtedly has a bevy of talents that cannot be overlooked.

All that’s missing is a full body of work to judge the young artist on, which after a host of delays, anxious onlookers and fans alike will finally hear on his introductory EP, Owl Pharaoh, some time this year. In the mean time, hear “Quintana” below, and see the visual without Wale here.
