Tyga better have an on point lawyer. The pair of video vixens that are suing the YMCMB rapper over their appearance in his “Make It Nasty” video are seeking $10 million a piece.
TMZ reports:
TMZ broke the story … Elizabeth Velasquez and Azia Davies sued Tyga last year, claiming shots of their nipples ended up in his music video … without their permission. They say they were promised NO nudity.
Now, the ladies have decided on a dollar amount for the alleged 3x-up … they filed new legal docs in July asking for $10 MILLION EACH (that’s $5 MILLION per boob) in punitive damages.
In case you’re wondering how exposed they were — you can watch the explicit version of the video on YouTube. It really lives up to its name.
When we first heard of this lawsuit it was actually three women seeking damages. The women are suing for breach of contract, invasion of privacy, and fraud since they were assured the dirty version of the video would never be released.
Check out the “Make It Nasty” video on the flip. We suggest Tyga just feature his baby mama, Blac Chyna, in his videos since it’s a safe bet she won’t sue as long as he handles the pamper purchases.
