Meek Mill recently released his Dreamchasers 3 mixtape, but that didn’t stop him from releasing his take on Drake’s “Pound Cake.” But the MMG rapper isn’t alone; the young rhymer tapped Philadelphia legend and Major Figga, Spade-O, for a feature.
Similar to Drizzy, Meek keeps it very candid on the Boi-1da-produced track. But because his reality and upbringing greatly differs from the his Canadian counterpart’s, the bars are much more street savvy this time around.
“Pull up in the hood, I put n***as on jets/Take em to Miami when they just was on steps/Selling green and serving fiends up in the ‘ject/Pack still on em, in the pool getting wet,” raps Meek.
