Following a host of delays, Dom Kennedy‘s long awaited project, Get Home Safely, finally hit stores today. It you cop via iTunes, you’ll find an exclusive bonus track, titled “2morrow (We Ain’t Worried),” featuring singer-songwriter Ty Dolla $ign.
Kennedy dedicates this melodic cut to the ladies, as his fellow West Coaster assists with a smooth chorus. Anyone familiar with the Leimert Park rapper knows he’s good for a player’s anthem or two.
Get Home Safely dons guest appearances by Nipsey Hussle, Krondon of Strong Arm Steady, Skeme, and Teeflii. The bulk of the production was crafted by The Futuristiks, who received help from the likes of DJ Khalil and Larrance Dopson of 1500 or Nothin’.
