What do you get when you mix the world’s most popular sport and the worldwide leader in sports gaming?

If your answer had anything remotely resembling EA’s 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil, you would be correct. It’s the “Madden” of soccer games, just on a global scale.

It is also the only officially licensed video game for the FIFA association. The new and improved edition boasts 203 national teams, 7,469 players, 21 new stadiums and obviously an infinite number of lush megapixeled graphics.

Although soccer’s popularity does tend to segregate throughout North America, the brass over at EA were able to nab Hip-Hop’s reigning champ in Drake as their celebrity spokesman last time around.

The Canadian musician introduced the FIFA 14 title back in June 2013 at the holy grail of technology conferences, E3. He also reminded the general public that the game was on the way as he starred in a commercial that aired as talk of the Playstation 4 and Xbox One began to heat up the market.

The wait is almost over as the date of April 15 is fastly approaching.

Hit the gallery to see all the beautiful screenshots of the game as well as the official trailer.
