Wiz Khalifa’s “We Dem Boyz” is finally getting the deserved traction, and that’s apparent by the amount of rappers rhyming on the beat. The latest remix of the Young Chop-produced cut comes courtesy of T.I.
Premiered by DJ Whoo Kid, this tunes features a very comfortable T.I.P., who has nothing but bars to give. “Hol’ up, King n***a, I’m so Sho’Nuff/I make you kiss my Converse homie,” he raps. The usual signs of wit in T.I.’s verses are present, but it’s his flow that draws in the listener on this one.
This “We Dem Boyz (Remix)” will appear on Whoo Kid’s upcoming The Elevation Volume 2 mixtape. Expect much more from T.I. this year, as he’s prepping his ninth studio album Paperwork: The Motion Picture. The project will be executive produced by Pharrell.
