Frank Ocean has been relatively low key lately, but he’s been booked for a choice gig. The Odd Future crooner will be performing at the annual Met Gala next week.

Who knew Wintour is such a fan of hip-hop? Last year, Kanye West was tapped to perform at the Met Gala, right before the rapper released his epic “Yeezus” album.
This year, sources say the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Frank Ocean will perform at the fashionable fête.
This won’t be the first trip to the ball for Ocean. Last year, it was rumored the openly gay alterna-rapper went home with Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci post-Gala after the two posted a series of cozy late-night pics to Instagram. Perhaps amore will strike again.
Hey the New York Post, Frank Ocean is a singer, not a rapper. A little fact checking never hurt anybody.
Ocean is reportedly working on his second album. The 2014 Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume gala benefit goes down on May 5.
