Odd Future have extended the reach of their brand with yet another venture. As of last night (September 11) at 9 PM PST, the entertaining bunch are the owners of a 24-hour commercial-free radio station.
FADER reports that the collective created the station in partnership with Dash Radio. The channel will run 24-hours a day, seven days a week and will be a representation of Odd Future’s tastes.
According to Christian Clancy, the troop’s manager, it’s “Basically a 24/7 commercial free station for their shows, their sh*t, their friends and music they like.. live show on tuesdays. specials.. whatever they come up with. could be absolutely amazing or a complete disaster..”
Let’s hope that the radio station is the former, not the latter. Give us your thoughts on Odd Future’s latest endeavor in the comments.
