A 28-year-old former football advisor for the University of Cincinnati was arrested for pulling out his penis and rubbing it up against a 73-year-old lady’s butt inside a Kroger grocery store over the summer.
This guy can’t be serious about his life choices.
According to a report, Antrione Archer was already charged with sexual abuse for exposing himself and getting a little too close to the senior citizen, while she bent over to get him some vitamins.
His attorney, James Noll, claims that it was consensual. “The alleged incident, which was recorded by Kroger security cameras, shows Mr. Archer and a Kroger employee having consensual close conversations in the pharmacy aisles followed by consensual dancing of a rhythmic nature,” Noll said in court documents.
Authorities aren’t happy. “I am appalled by it,” said Chief Jeffrey Eldredge. “To think in any way that this victim … consented to any type of activity with Mr. Archer is absolutely absurd.”
Noll added that Archer wasn’t read his Miranda rights, which police say wasn’t necessary. “This was a non-custodial interview where Miranda does not apply,”said Ron Wietholter, the lead detective on the case.
Archer confessed to the crime, and has been released on $2,500 bail.
Ironically, his position that the University of Cincinnati included educating incoming students on sexual misconduct so as to help keep them “out of any situations they shouldn’t be in.”
