The shoe’s concept is inspired by an ordinarily upsetting circumstance: wearing a pair of heat in the snow, only to see that the salt on the ground has stained your grails beyond repair. Again, those deeply entrenched in the sneaker game will understand. Fortunately, the “stains” on these kicks–designed by skater turned Nike designer Anthony Hart–wear off over time.
