Former reality TV star Sara Stokes is making headlines now that she’s taking T-Pain to court for unpaid royalties.

Stokes is the former lead singer for “Da Band”, a Hip-Hop group that was formed by Diddy for the second season of MTV’s “Making The Band” reality show.

The singer/songwriter filed a federal lawsuit Friday claiming that T-Pain, real name Faheem Rasheed Najm, gave two songs they co-wrote together to Jennifer Hudson and failed to give her proper credit.

According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Stokes’ Sarmony Entertainment is taking T Pain and his Nappy Boy Productions/Nappy Boy Publishing to court because she did not receive producer, songwriter or performer credits.

One of the songs in question is titled “What’s Wrong (Go Away)” and was featured on Hudson’s Grammy winning Jennifer Hudson album.

She is reportedly seeking all income made from the song as well compensation for attorney fees.
