2 Chainz is being sued by a young woman whom he referred to as a “thot.” Last year, Christine Chisholm, was trying to make her way backstage possibly for some one-on-one time with the Atlanta rapper, but he wasn’t having any of it.
Now she’s suing.
In the video, T*ty Two shames and makes fun of her, while everyone in the room laughs. Chisholm appears to be uncomfortable, although there is one section of the footage where he misspells her name and she implies that he can call her whatever he wants.
The video, Chainz repeatedly refers to Chisholm as a “THOT” … an acronym for “that hoe over there.”
According to the lawsuit, Chisholm claims two weeks after the video was posted — and was seen by 10 million people — she was fired from her job at a barber shop because the manager thought the video would bring negative publicity to the shop.
Chisholm claims being a called a hoe subjected her to harassment and abuse in public and has severely damaged her reputation .
There’s also a moment where 2 Chainz gets serious and tells her “I think you should go that way,” pointing towrds the door. “While you’re back here, you in a blog territory,” he warns.
Chisholm seems surprised. “Awww sh*t this is going on a blog for real?” Later in the footage she turns to the camera and happily shares her Instagram info.
The 37-year-old, whose birth name is Tauheed Epss, posted the footage online under the hashtag #IsThatYoThot. Chisholm claims it was humiliating. “As a direct result of the video being posted online, Ms. Chisholm has been subject to harassment and verbal abuse in public,” reads the suit.
Chisholm wants $5 million in damages for her troubles. Meanwhile, 2 Chainz’s net worth is allegedly $6 million so she may want to lower that amount.
