Adele doesn’t take too kindly to people questioning if she can sing or not.

Being sampled by everyone from Big K.R.I.T. to Rick Ross, Adele is obviously a favorite singer among many Hip-Hop heads. She even enjoys rapping to Nicki Minaj lyrics like everyone else. But, she will not stand for being accused of using one of Hip-Hop’s favorite tools, Auto-Tune.

Tony Viscotti, producer for the late David Bowie, had some criticism for the singer alluding that she may be using voice manipulation software.

In an interview with The Sun he says:

“You turn the radio on and it’s fluff, you are listening to 90% computerised voices. We know Adele has a great voice but it’s even questionable if that is actually her voice or how much has been manipulated.”

Adele caught wind of the remarks and responded in the middle of a performance. In a fan recorded video, she can be heard saying:

“Some d*ckhead, tried to say that my voice isn’t me on record. Dude, suck my d*ck.”

Well, that escalated quickly.
