End of days. A 70-year old grandmother missed the memo that these millennials aren’t about that life. Her own granddaughter called the cops on her after she got beat with a switch.

Fox 16 in Arkansas reports:

The Hot Springs Police Department (HSPD) says Norma Toussaint, 70, was charged with Domestic Battery, 2nd Degree in the June 27 incident after police were called to a disturbance at 124 Dawer Street.

According to the HSPD incident report, the 12-year-old girl who was punished told officers that her grandmother and guardian had become angry after she had not thrown food away, as directed, while in their apartment.

The girl said her grandmother hit her several times on one arm with a switch taken from a bush in the front yard. The report noted that the girl had visible welts and the skin had been broken but she was not bleeding.

Toussaint told police that she punished her granddaughter because she was talking back to her and would not stop.

Let’s do a recap. Little girl doesn’t throw food away after Grandma told her to. She get’s smart with Grandma and keeps running her mouth. Grandma gets a switch and hits her on the arm. Welts, but no blood. Little girl calls the police. Police take Grandma to jail. Grandma now has a record.

In case you were wondering, a 2nd degree domestic battery charge in Arkansas is considered a Class C felony that can carry up to 10 years in jail.
