By now, the #SoGoneChallenge has crossed most social media airwaves with mostly positive and even comical results featuring folks offering their take on R&B starlet Monica‘s smash 2003 “So Gone” hit. Hip-Hop Wired has been paying attention to some of the rap remixes that have surfaced and we’ve compiled the best of the bunch.
Chance The Rapper’s rendition might be the most popular at the moment and even Monica hopped back on her own track to show folks how to ride Missy Elliott’s classic production. Chance’s version, which was a sweet serenade to his girlfriend, has since gone viral.
For what it’s worth, Kevin Hart, excuse us, Chocolate Droppa’s remix is hilarious and not even as wack as one would think. But it’s pretty safe to say that Dwyane Wade should never, ever attempt to spit that lukewarm heat on any track ever again.
