Street Money Worldwide affiliate Lil Money was gunned down while protecting 6-year old viral sensation Bankroll PJ in a shootout.

Fox 5 Atlanta reports that 22-year old Demandril “Lil Money” Jackson was killed in a gunfire attack that took place in Southwest Atlanta on Wednesday morning. Jackson was the uncle and manager of 6-year old internet star Bankroll PJ.

Jackson was reportedly standing outside with a group of other men who were all shot at out of nowhere. Two other people sustained non-lethal injuries. But, like the final scene in Menace II Society, Jackson was struck by the gunfire while protecting young PJ from the hail of bullets.

Jackson’s family does not know who would want to harm him. As for PJ’s well-being, they simply ask that people keep him in their prayers.

“There’s nothing to explain to him that he doesn’t already know,” says Iasha Parker, Jackson’s aunt. “He was there. He saw it. He knows what’s going on. He’s being strong. He’s 6 years old. He just needs his family support.”

Jackson and had just returned home from promoting the “Kids Lives Matter” tour that PJ was featured on. Sadly, this is the second time in less than a year that gun violence has affected PJ directly. His other uncle, Bankroll Fresh, was gunned down outside of recording studio in March.
