Kodak Black isn’t getting out of the bing anytime soon. The Florida rapper has been transferred from the St. Lucie County jail he’s been sitting in over to South Carolina, where he is facing sexual battery charges. 

Per the Sun SentinelKodak Black, born Dieuson Octave, appeared at an extradition hearing on Nov. 21, and a judge approved his transfer. The “Skrt” rapper has been charged with criminal sexual conduct in Florence, South Carolina.

Kodak was set to be released back in August when he was sentenced to house arrest on the condition that he stay out of trouble and continue his rap career.

However, just before his release, authorities discovered a pair of outstanding warrants, which included the charge in South Carolina.

He is accused of sexual battery at a hotel in Florence in February 2016. The address, 2120 West Lucas Street, is that of a Comfort Suites budget hotel.

If convicted, Kodak could be sentenced to up to 30 years in prison.
