The new Rick Ross album is great, Drake’s new “playlist” is cool, and Future’s pair of LP’s are solid. But A Tribe Called Quest’s 2016 album, We Got It from Here… Thank You 4 Your Service, is still knocking, and standout track “Dis Generation” get the video treatment.
The black and white clips uses camera trickery to make it look like it’s one continuous shot. Meanwhile, Tip, Jarobi, Busta Rhymes and late, great Phife Dawg spit bars fluidly like they’ve been doing this for decades.
