Chris Brown is getting a few more weeks to breathe easy before facing the music. A Los Angeles judge delayed sentencing the singer Wednesday to 5 years probation and six months of community labor. Superior court judge Patricia Schnegg called for a push back on the sentence so that she could meet with Virginia authorities to make sure Chris could perform his scheduled labor in the state. He will be formally sentenced on August 27. The singer also did not make an appearance on CNN’s “Larry King Live” last night as rumored.

Dedicated fans of Brown were treated to a surprise performance from him when Young Money’s “America’s Most Wanted” tour touched down in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He filled in for injured Young Money headliner, Drake on “Every Girl” with Lil Wayne and did a short tribute to Michael Jackson by moonwalking to Billie Jean.
