Waka Flocka is speaking out against detractors who diss him for the rhymes that have continued to make him hits.

The rapper who went double platinum for his hit “No Hands”, recently sat down with HipHopWired and discussed a number of topics including the controversial nude ad with PETA and his upcoming role in Soulja Boy’s remake of the movie ‘Juice.’

While Waka refused to give details, the 25-year-old did mention that he’s received a number of scripts for upcoming film roles in the future.

Waka made sure however to make a statement against people who try to downplay his talent like in the popular “Short Bus Shawty” videos.

“On the Short Bus Shawty note, even Einstein looked like a fool sometimes. At the end of the day I just tell people let me see you get in the booth and make a song and see how genius you are. Let me see if you could rap for three years and have a platinum song. “

Flocka also gave an update on his 1017 Bricksquad brethren Gucci Mane, who pleaded not guilty to charges that he pushed a woman out of a moving vehicle in January.
