Oakland Police Chief Howard Jordan came up with a clever way to dismiss email about “Occupy” protests in the Bay Area: a spam filter. According to a federal court filing Monday (Oct. 29), Jordan missed emails from city officials and a federal court monitor overseeing disciplinary actions regarding potential police brutality.
