Russell Simmons has requested that the court dismiss a defamation lawsuit brought one his sexual assault accusers, Drew Dixon.
Embattled mogul Russell Simmons was reportedly served with papers at a resort in Bali, Indonesia, in relation to a defamation suit filed by former Def Jam executive Drew Dixon in February.
Former Def Jam executive Drew Dixon is suing Russell Simmons for defamation of character. She claims that remarks he made during an interview were meant to "damage her reputation".
