In the latest chapter of the supposed slave vs. master saga between Kesha and Dr. Luke, the producer has blocked the singer from performing at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards.

Kesha‘s lawsuit against Sony and Dr. Luke has been summarily thrown out. According to a judge, Kesha wasn’t the producer, and her label owner’s “slave” as she so claimed.

Kesha claims she was offered, and promptly refused, a deal in the legal bout over her recording contract with Sony and Dr. Luke. Per her Instagram post Sunday (April 3), the label allegedly offered Kesha “freedom” if she takes back the rape claims brought against Luke.

Dr. Luke’s days with Sony are reportedly be numbered. Amid lawsuit allegations that he drugged and raped Kesha early in her career and the backlash that has followed, Sony is rumored to be cutting the producer’s contract short.
