Digital presence, or a lack thereof, is the reason some rappers flourish and others fall by the wayside. Kid Ink sits comfortably under the former, and proves why with a new visual for “Bossin’ Up.”
As an independent artist, Kid Ink saw a steady rise in his success that awarded him a place on the 2012 XXL Freshman list. Four mixtapes, including the recently released Rocketshipshawty, and an independent album later, the California native decided to take his talents to RCA Records.
