Akon can churn out a potential hit single without any issues. Case in point, the artist-turned-mogul returns with a visual for “So Blue,” a track that fits the bill and is set to appear on his long-awaited Stadium LP.
It’s been almost 4 years since Akon dropped an album, a luxury he can afford since he’s still collecting checks off Lady Gaga‘s success. But the singer/songwriter is finally ready to put the focus on his music career with the release of ‘Stadium’ due out later this year, for now enjoy “Throw That D”.
Akon gets back on his gangsta ish by linking up with his former signee, French Montana, on “Hurt Somebody.” ‘Kon announced his fourth studio album, Stadium, is slated to hit stores on September 11th and this is the first single off of that album. Check the video after the break.
