Looks like Netflix’s critically acclaimed film Roma almost winning an Academy Award rubbed a Hollywood legend the wrong way and now he’s looking to stop films that don’t debut in movie theaters from ever walking away with the gold.


Acclaimed director and producer Steven Spielberg has brought us classic flicks like E.T., Jurassic Park and The Color Purple. We can assume that his kids, Sasha and Theo Spielberg, are looking to make an impact of their own on the music scene since they have a management deal with Jay Z’s Roc Nation.
