Dwight Howard’s last few years in the NBA have been tempestuous  to say the least, but that’s not stopping Chinese footwear brand PEAK from investing in the eight-time all-star and three-time Defensive Player Of The Year.

Going the route of Dwayne Wade and Klay Thompson before him, Superman flew overseas to sign with a Chinese sneaker brand and took to Beijing last week to unveil his upcoming collaborative sneaker with PEAK, the DH2.

Baring the colors of his new team, the Atlanta Hawks, the DH2 are said to be inspired by the yin and yang Chinese philosophy that many people subscribe to and hopefully help Howard find some much needed stability on his third NBA team in the last five seasons.

No word yet on when the kicks will touch ground in the states but we’re glad to say that we don’t see these getting the social media slander that the Doc Martin Hardens and Seinfeld Curry II’s garnered upon their announcements.

Hit the flip below and let us know what you think about Dwight Howard and PEAK’s collaboration kicks.
