The man that’s conquered auto-tune, ringtones and mainstream media all the while proceeding to piss off some of Hip-Hop’s heavyweights is taking on a new gig. With all those honorable mentions under his belt, T-Pain is set to make his acting debut.

The auto-tune hit maker will make a guest appearance on the new Fox comedy, “Brothers.” The show tells the story of Mike played by former New York Giant, Michael Strahan, and his brother Chill played by Daryl Chill Mitchell. Pain plays a broke version of himself that meets the brothers at their family restaurant, Trainor’s.

Luckily for Pain he’s a seasoned actor. He took on the difficult role of ‘Frylock’ on Adult Swim’s cartoon “Aqua Teen Hunger Force”. Pain’s episode of “Brothers” will air October 9 at 8 p.m.

Pain made a recent television appearance on the Ellen Degeneres show teaching the daytime host how to use his signature Auto-tune microphone.
