T.I. To Be Freed Thursday
T.I. will officially be a free man Thursday after completing his prison sentence and time at a Georgia halfway house.
As previously reported T.I.’s been having complications with his release.
On August 31 he was released from an Arkansas prison but went back to incarceration September 2 for an issue with a tour bus.
Following that Tip was released September 15 and ordered to a halfway house where he’s been since.
Now according to The Atlanta Journal Constitution, the rapper will be officially free from federal custody Thursday, September 29.
Tip’s release also will coincide with the BET Hip Hop Awards weekend.
On Sunday he’s scheduled to host a lavish “Welcome Home” brunch.
