Olivia’s career trials and tribulations were chronicled throughout the last season of Love & Hip-Hop, and now the singer has landed herself a record deal. G-Unit’s former first lady has signed with music industry veteran Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis.

The New York native signed on to Duplessis’ newly launched label Wonda Music. According to her manager, Rich Dollaz, the new venture will take her career to the next level. “We’ve known Jerry for years but now I think with the ground work Olivia and I have laid with ‘December’ and ‘Walk Away,’ it’s time to get with someone who can take her sound to another lever and that’s Jerry ,” Dollaz exclusively told Hip-Hop Wired. “He’s behind some of the biggest records [and] albums ever so with that said we’re pulling out all stops for this Show the World album. Expect a classic.”

Wonda’s, credits include working with the likes of Destiny’s Child, The Fugees, Shakira, and the late Whitney Houston. Now that she has a label home, Dollaz noted that his client is concentrating on “making a quality project.”

Season three of Love & Hip-Hop is expected to begin soon.
