Famed photographer to the Hip-Hop stars Jonathan Mannion recently linked up with Japanese streetwear brand Lafayette for a couple of collaborations. The first was a t-shirt and the second is this skate deck emblazoned with an image of the late Notorious B.I.G. on the bottom.
The photo used features Big Poppa showing off his rings with some camo graphics implemented around the image. There is print near the bottom of the photo that reads: “Biggie Smalls is the illest.” The tee features the same photo and another line from the same song, B.I.G.’s “Unbelievable”: “Live from Bedford-Stuyvesant the livest one, representing BK to the fullest.” True indeed.
Check out photos of the skate deck and the tee in the gallery. Both items are available at Lafayette’s online shop, just know how to read Japanese or make sure your translator if official.
