Swizz Beatz is one hard working dude. He has been the driving force behind the resurgence of Reebok by inking deals with Rick Ross and Tyga. He’s also designed cars for Lotus and was one of the investors behind MegaUpload. Oh, and he’s also one of the most successful Hip-Hop producers of all-time. However, it looks like it’s time to add another slash to his name.

“The monster” has been appointed Global Ambassador for the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. According to a press release obtained by HipHopDX, Swizz will aid the the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation and the Fund for the HHC in raising global awareness and financial support for the organization and its programs. His role in the HHC will focus primarily on the relationship between the arts and therapeutic healing.

On September 27th, The HHC will honor the producer/rapper with a special fundraising event at the Harlem Hospital Center.
