So, Yasiin Bey has an ongoing Top 40 Underdog series, and forthcoming project. This is where we mention that the last drop was back in the spring. Nevertheless, today we get the latest installment with a tune called “I Don’t Like.”

The starts off with Bey giving shout out to Chicago MCs like Common, Lupe Fiasco Kanye West and King L before he proceeds to go in over Chief Keef’s “I Don’t Like” instrumental. Like past songs in the series, the BK MC gives a righteous spin to the Young Chop produced  original. “Ain’t no freedom at the trap hustlers everywhere/you can feel it in the air, pure despair,” raps the artists formerly known as the mighty Mos Def.

Still waiting on a proper album, sir. Listen to and download Yasiin Bey’s “I Don’t Like” below. Also, check out the third installment of the making of his collaboration with Mannie Fresh titled “OMFGOD” on the next page. Just drop the song b.
