The Associated Press is confirming reports that Randy Moss has been traded to the Minnesota Vikings.

Moss, an All-Pro wide receiver, was reportedly traded by the New England Patriots in return for a third round draft pick.

Moss is currently in the final year of a three-year contract with The Patrioits worth $27 million and has voiced his disappointment over not receiving a contract extension.

Moss was a first round pick for the Vikings in ’98 and spent his first seven seasons with Minnesota.

He was later traded to Oakland in 2005 before moving on to New England.
