Maybach Music Group hopes to put Hip-Hop in the cobra clutch during the fourth quarter with a wave of releases, including Self Made Vol. 3. Crew affiliate Rockie Fresh returns to the Internets today with a freestyle to commemorate the compilation album.

This may come as a surprise, but the Chicago rapper’s beat of choice is actually Yasiin Bey’s Black on Both Sides classic, “Mathematics.” Before listening, try to separate the original from Rockie’s version. Don’t put that kind of pressure on the young man.

Self Made Vol. 3 hits stores September 17, and will feature Meek Mill’s “Levels” and Rick Ross’ Wale and Lupe Fiasco-assisted song “Poor Decisions.” The project clocks in at 16 tracks (18 on the deluxe version). Pre-order it here.
