It seems like every rapper wants a piece of Young Thug’s two street anthems — “Stoner” and “Danny Glover.” Last night, A$AP Ferg tried his hand at the latter and titled his effort “Pantie Lover.”
The Harlem native’s take on the track is much different than Thugga’s, as he rhymes about his love for women. Ferg harmonizes and spits uses different vocal inflections in a way that’s comedic at times. “I don’t give a f**k who you was f**king/ I don’t give a f**k who you was loving girl/ Sipping on this Henny got me bugging/ Better calm that n***a down and give me something girl,” Fergenstein chants on the hypnotic instrumental.
“Pantie Lover” is just a little something for fans to feast their ears on, or as Ferg describes it as, “a little like cardio for y’all motherf**kers man.” Stream A$AP Ferg’s freestyle below.
