Remy Ma is making hella waves as she hits up every radio station and media outlet in Hip-Hop. On Wednesday (August 13), Reminisce Smith visited Shade 45 to expound on her time spent in prison, motherhood, which rappers she admires today and business ventures.
It was rumored that Remy would join the cast of Love & Hip Hop: New York. But when asked whether or not she’d be working for Mona Scott Young, she quickly debunked hearsay.
“No, that’s not something that I would want to do,” said the Bronx spitter. “I think certain things should be between you and your family members. And also, I can’t put myself in a situation where I might end up in prison again. I can’t tolerate people yelling at me, throwing things at me or spitting in my direction. I have to be cautious of the things I involve myself with.”
