Floyd Mayweather might want to call his lawyer, if he hasn’t already. His ex fiancé, Shantel Jackson has filed a lawsuit against him alleging physical abuse and public humiliation (which likely included the time he posted that distasteful picture of her abortion papers).

Miss Jackson —who’s now dating Nelly — says Money Mayweather pulled a gun on her once, and basically put her through hell during their relationship. She’s suing for assault, battery, harassment, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and some other stuff.

Reports TMZ :

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, Jackson claims Floyd first got violent with her back in 2012 … right after he was released from the slammer in a domestic violence case involving another woman.

Jackson claims the two were arguing when “He twisted [her] arm, choked her and forcibly took her phone away from her to look through it.”

Jackson claims Mayweather got violent again in April 2013 … when during another argument, he “bent her arm, restrained her, and pointed a gun at her foot, asking ‘Which toe do you want me to shoot?'”

In her suit, Jackson claims he then demanded her to remove her 17 carat diamond engagement ring at gunpoint.

Jackson also claims Mayweather invaded her privacy when he posted photos of her sonogram on social media — and claimed the “real” reason they broke up is because she “killed our twin babies.”

There’s more … Jackson claims Mayweather struck again in Feb. 2014 at his condo at the Ritz in L.A.

Shantel claims she was trying to leave following yet another argument — when Floyd grabbed her by the arm and dragged her back inside. She claims Floyd blocked her from leaving for more than an hour.

There’s more, Jacskon and her attorney, Gloria Allred, held a press conference today (Sept. 4). “I loved him so much and I made sure I took care of him the best way I know how,”  she said. “I finally realized there was no hope for our relationship and I could not continue. I loved Floyd deeply, but he continues to disappoint and continues to hurt me.”

She goes on to say that she’s been “embarrassed and humiliated” by the boxer, and that he won’t “do the right thing.” Therefore, “with a heavy heart” she decided to file the lawsuit and “set the record straight.”

If she’s being honest,  Mayweather did some terrible things to this woman. If she’s not being honest, she definitely should’ve tried a little harder to squeeze out a tear at that press conference.
