D’Angelo‘s return to the music scene continues to roll as the enigmatic soul crooner will be the musical on Saturday Night Live.
The “Brown Sugar” singer will hit the SNL stage on January 31. The host will be actor J.K. Simmons of Law & Order and those “We are Farmers” insurance commercials fame.
D’ Angelo’s critically acclaimed new album, Black Messiah, is in stores now. The Second Coming tour kicks off in February in Europe while he is also set perform at The Apollo Theater in Harlem on February 7, his first show since the new album’s release.
