The present year started off rather somber with the passing of legendary SportsCenter analyst Stuart Scott but the ESPN team have made sure to preserve his legacy for all those who walk through their headquarters.
Yesterday, May 15, Jay Harris and Rob King helped unveil a Stuart Scott memorial plaque at SportsCenter Studios in Bristol, Connecticut using one of his unforgettable catch phrases, “Booyah.”
Several of the late broadcast’s family members were in attendance including his teen daughters, Taelor and Sydni. The arrival of the tribute comes just days after Inside the NBA host Ernie Johnson gave his Sports Emmy Awards to the girls.
