Sean “Diddy” Combs, and Mark Wahlberg, has pledged to donate 1 million bottles of his AQUAHydrate brand bottled water to Flint, MI. Eminem and Wiz Khalifa have also signed on to help the Bad Boy mogul with his efforts in the city currently under a state of emergency due to its contaminated water supply.
“The AQUAhydrate team is doing everything it can to help with this issue,” said Diddy via a press release. “Mark and I made an initial pledge to donate and are committed to the continued aid to Flint residents as long as they need it. We hope this commitment will inspire others to get involved as well.”
Eminem and Wiz Khalifa have promised to continue donating water until the end of the crisis.
Other Hip-Hop artists who have donated to Flint’s cause include Big Sean and Meek Mill.
Combs and Wahlbergs initial donation of 5,000 cases of AQUAHydrate is expected to arrive in Flint early this week.
