No masks. No gloves. Instead, Alley Boy invades a dope spot disguised as a Chinese restaurant Rambo style in the visuals for “Know Bout.” The track has an undeniably anthem-like feel, that’s capped off by a chorus and bridge from Kief. That isn’t to be confused with GBE rapper, Chief Keef. This is an entirely different artist.
Listeners will notice Alley Boy’s numerous reaffirmations that he is indeed the new face of the A. Not sure if that is a message to any MC in particular. Some fans believe that shots thrown in T.I.’s “Addresses” were in part directed at Alley Boy, so this could be an ongoing exchange of subliminals.
“It benefits them more than me for me to put that out there,” Tip told Drama when asked about the sneak dissing. “So I made it directly to them in a way so only they will know. Therefore so they cannot get any shine off it. I’m a make a prediction here everybody, on Drama’s show. There shall be, a few, rappers, that feel they will be benefited by accepting that burden and they will step into that line of fire, knowing that it’s not them, but they feel it is better to step into that line of fire, be hit, and receive the benefits that come from being hit by a T.I. bullet.”
