2 Chainz made his acting debut last night on the hit CBS sitcom, 2 Broke Girls.
Starring Beth Behrs as Caroline and Kat Dennings as Max, Tity Two Necklaces’ small screen debut takes place on his way to the Grammy Awards. In this episode, the formerly rich Caroline take a private plane to Los Angeles to discover that the Based On A T.R.U. Story rapper is on the plane with them.
The two girls drop numerous 2 Chainz catchphrases from his hit single, “Birthday Song,” as the two try to pose for a picture while he tries to catch some sleep. This episode comes a day after the network aired the 55th Annual Grammy Awards, for which the Def Jam Records rapper was nominated for Best Rap Album.
“He’s really funny, you’ve got a gift for comedy you’re a good actor,” Behrs told Chainz in an interview that took place after the scenes were shot. “Seriously, you’ll see, he’s got natural talent.”
