This can’t be life, or death. Rapper Tim Dog, who reportedly passed away in February of this year, is now wanted for a crime he supposedly committed in 2011 involving a Mississippi woman. While the world was under the assumption that Tim Dog is no longer with us, a state judge says, “We don’t believe you, you need more people.”

News 3 In Memphis reports that the Prosecutor on the case in Hernando, Miss., Steven Jubera, is demanding proof of the death of Tim Dog, as neither he nor the victim Esther Pilgrim believe he is really dead. “I need a death certificate showing that’s he’s dead because as far as I’m concerned, he’s alive,” Jubera says.

Pilgrim met Tim Dog (born Timothy Blair) back in 2011 on an online dating site and was allegedly swindled out of $19,000. This was typical of “F-ck Compton” rapper since he reportedly owed around $2 million at the time of his “death.”

Jubera has convinced the court judge to issue a warrant for Tim Dog’s arrest, stemming from his inability to locate the late rapper’s death certificate. Even a hired private investigator couldn’t locate it. Jubera advised that if Tim Dog’s family can supply this proof, the warrant will be dropped. News 3 also reported that one of his closest friends Ced Gee didn’t speak at Tim Dog’s funeral because there was no death certificate presented to prove Tim Dog was gone.

If Tim Dog is actually alive, then he’s pulled the greatest Hip-Hop stunt in history by faking his own death. This will surely resurrect the “Tupac is alive” rumors.
