Kirk Frost has a lot of explaining to do. The Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star has dug a whole deep in “ain’t sh-t” territory thanks to the relationship drama playing out with his wife, Rasheeda, on the reality show. However, Kirk insists that what we’ve seen on our screens “wasn’t that bad” while also talking about what his kids think of his antics, his motorcycle hobby and the record business (his first breakthrough act was KP & Envy).

According to Frost, he didn’t really think Rasheeda was ever cheating on him, it was just a case of hurling jabs while they were arguing. Also, the whole Twitter name on his vest thing is to big up his GHB (Go Hard Boys) motorcyle crew that he says is big up and down the east coast. Interestingly, besides a 12 year old, the rest of Frost’s “children” are between the ages of 18 and 22.

Also, did you know Kirk Frost was from 117th Street in Harlem? Learn that, as well as whether or not he sealed the deal with the jump offs in that now infamous jacuzzi scene, and more, in Hip-Hop Wired’s interview with Kirk Frost below.
