It seems that the ongoing vanity claim is Alex Rodriguez’s scarlet letter. In 2009 a former girlfriend told US Weekly that Alex had painted portraits of himself depicted as a centaur (half man / half horse) hanging above his bed. Rodriguez denied these claims but this story tickled us nonetheless.
