The Air Jordan 11 is a highly coveted shoe in just about any colorway. That was evident again with the release of the “Gamma Blue” version on Saturday, December 21, which unfortunately resulted in numerous fights in long lines to purchase a pair.
Apparently the coonery as a result of the thirst cop the latest Js was a nationwide phenomenon, from the Boogie Down Bronx to Cali.
Reports the New York Daily News:
In one of the clips, which was posted on Instagram, what appear to be several scuffles erupt on Saturday inside a store at Weberstown Mall in Stockton, Calif.
At one point, a shirtless man is pummeled to the floor as others fight each other inside the store.
Police told KTXL-TV that everyone fled the store before officers arrived. No arrests were made.
Hours earlier, tempers flared outside a Dallas mall — when a group of people tried to cut a long line to another shoe store about to release the new Air Jordan sneakers.
Officers broke up the spat and remained at the scene to keep control of the wild crowd after the store opened, KDFW-TV reported.
Meanwhile, a crowd outside an E. 151st St. Foot Locker in the Bronx burst into a fracas that spilled out into the street.

We know not everyone may have means for an Internet hook up at the crib, but since these sneakers were available online, there are plenty of spots with free Wi-Fi for the cost of a latte. Public parks also have free access, too.
Also, we advise to never cut the new Air Jordan line, it’s an invitation to treachery, struggle and an old fashioned beatdown. Just saying.
