Oft-controversial South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney has big hopes for his future in the NFL and everything pans out in his favor, he should see big endorsements considering the company he currently keeps.
Days after announcing he was going pro and his Gamecocks won the Capital One Bowl against the Wisconsin Badgers, he took in Jay Z’s Magna Carta Tour with teammates wide receiver Bruce Ellington and cornerback Victor Hampton dressed like the Migos.
People of stature attend concerts all the time but few get the opportunity to appear chummy with the artists backstage for Instagram photo opportunities. Clowney, on the other hand, posted a couple flicks on his account with the rap mogul and sports agent with the caption, “Having a good night tonight With Jay Z chilling.”
Clowney is one of the bigger names to enter the 2014 NFL Draft. Given that he’s already on the Jigga radar, it could only a matter of time before he joins the likes of Robinson Cano and Geno Smith on the Roc Nation roster.
